Check-in and check-out were both very convenient, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The room was very spacious, and the bed linens were clean and fresh. The kitchen was well-equipped too, although we didn’t have time to use it.The only downside was that the TV remote had run out of battery. We wanted to watch some TV in the evening, but the screen kept looping Teletubbies 😂. Hopefully the staff can recharge it for future guests.One unexpected surprise was that the calf in the photos with the cute hairstyle has grown into a strong, imposing bull—it really startled us at first, haha 🤣

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll für ein oder zwei Nächte an der Great Ocean Road. Ein Auto ist jedoch sehr wichtig, um dorthin und wieder wegzukommen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber alles was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die toll ausgestattete Küche und der Blick vom Wintergarten. Schaut Euch direkt am Anfang die Karte mit dem Gebäudeplan an, um Euch zurecht zu finden. Das wäre unser einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag, dass der Gebäudeplan vorab mit den Parkplätzen gesendet wird. We had a lovely stay at the sea-Croft chapel on Great Ocean Road. The ocean views were beautiful, the farm animals added a charming touch, and the home was clean and peaceful. It’s also very close to Apollo Bay, making it a perfect relaxing trip for me and my friends.

Very unique experience staying in the tent! The Scottish highland cows are adorable and photogenic! Big bed in the tent is very cozy at night and very clean as well. We had a very nice sleep. The scene in the morning after opening the tent is stunning!

A beautiful home by the sea.. there was something very mystical about this very special Airbnb ..And it was extra beautiful to be surrounded by many animals and lots of green grass.Loved every minute of this stay

Einfache Unterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsbad und -Küche. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und für den Preis kann man echt nichts sagen. Dazu noch die Kühe und Alpakas, besser geht es nicht für eine Nacht! 👍🏼

Such a good place. 7 of us stayed there whilst doing a 2 day great ocean road trip. Just note that the beach accross the street is not a swimming beach and the drive to Apollo Bay is like 15 mins. Perfect for a quiet chill night after a day exploring though! The bath was lovely and the rooms were clean and tidy. No complaints at all.

We enjoyed our stay at Seacroft. A lovely quiet location with beautiful scenery. The kitchen/dining room is impressive. Extremely well equipped with ample fridge space etc. Our room was simple but very comfortable with lovely bedding. As this isn’t a hotel, there isn’t a team of people available to pick up and wash your cups and glasses when you leave them lying around all over the place. Be kind and considerate to others by washing and putting back whatever you use. This is very much a shared space which is so lovely. ☺️

Wundervolle Aussicht zum Sonnenaufgang, nahe der Great Ocean Road gelegen. Das Zelt hatte alles was man für die Nacht gebraucht hat, sogar die Matratze war (zum Glück) beheizbar. WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert aber das überlebt man auch gut ohne.

The place is a work of art, just felt a part of the nature! I would highly recommend everyone to try their tent atleast once and stargaze at night. Too many stars and you could see a lil bit of the milky way with your bare eyes, its the craziest view ever! I have to give credit to the hosts, they have been real responsive and friendliest!

This is my second time here. Stayed here probably 2 years ago. I think it would be good to have a least free tea bags. You can buy a coffee for $3 which is good but it would be better if it was for free. This place is really good value and the cooking self contained facilities are brilliant. If you had a few of you travelling together the amenities are well put together.

Didn’t find this place worth the cost. Might have missed it in the listing but you share a bathroom that is quite far from the room. The room didn’t smell great. Loved the scenery but couldn’t say hi to the cows. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

We had such a great time at the accommodation. Felt like a trip back in time, peaceful and beautiful surroundings, the ocean, the nature and the coqs and Alpacas. A haven in the middle of greenery along the Great Ocean Road. We only stopped there for 1 night but we promise we will come back for longer. it tucked all the boxes for the 3 generations of travellers: grand parents, parents and teenagers. Highly recommended 👌

Beautiful view from the Studio. I suggest staying at the studio compared to other rooms if you like to have an outstanding view of the ocean from the kitchen. Don't expect too much privacy and tranquil as there will be a lot of people in other rooms in this place.Overall I really like this place but my main concern was with the color of the water, I was too afraid to take a shower there. Although they mentioned that it is trippled filter and had UV sterilization, it was too yellow which might be the tank is not that clean itself.

Seacroft estate is a beautiful part of the world. Everything was clean and very nicely laid out. We stayed in the treehouse which was fun! We loved the animals as well

Everything was as pictured— except the view… it was even more incredible in person! Just WOW. We loved grabbing a $3 coffee every morning and watching the sunrise on our private deck. Very family friendly! Our toddler loved the farm and animals too, lots for him to look at whilst there. We had a visit everyday from the farm cat who was so friendly, something we cherish on these trips. The room had all the good ammenities— the oven and stove worked perfectly. When we had an issue with the fridge, the host responded in seconds and sent a staff member down to bring a mini fridge for the time being and happened all within 30 minutes. Amazing communication. Would definitely stay there again to relax and visit the great ocean road. Tip: Pack a jumper even in summer as the nights are cool. Bring mozzie repellant for night time especially if you’d like to walk the path they created so you can easily get to the beach, or even a quick walk to the coffee bar for a hot chocolate.

We only had a very short but sweet overnight stay as was driving from Melbourne to Adelaide. This a unique place to stay if you’re on the Great Ocean Road. Fabulous views and comfortable accommodation. Great shared spaces and it is a working farm to admire. Good value.

Ein schöner und besonderer Zwischenstopp auf der Great Ocean Road. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße, war aber trotzdem ruhig. Vom Zelt blickt ma direkt auf die Kühe und Alpakas und kann den Sonnenaufgang sehen.

We were in the Chapel. Very memorable as such a unique property. The views were amazing.

A clean and tidy place to stay in a good location if you’re doing the great ocean Road

We had an amazing stay! Spectacular view, adorable farm animals, clean facilities, friendly staffs. Everything was perfect! We didn’t meet the host, but we could tell straight away that she puts a lot of love and effort into this place. Please keep in mind that you are staying in a tent (a fabulous one), perhaps bring bugs spray, mosquitoes repellent and keep the fly screen closed if you don’t want to be disturbed at night. There was a lovely resident cat who slept with us in the tent, the bed was very warm and comfortable. We’d love to come back for another getaway, highly recommend!

Great Stay and vibe

A unique stay under the stars where we slept and woke up to an amazing beach view. Lush green everywhere as soon as we entered we got fresh ,My girlfriend and i walked to the beach and it felt like a private beach. Just later we came back to the stay and watched a beautiful sunset together. We loved how the kitchen had a view to the beach. It is worth it.

It’s a great place to stay. The view is spectacular. We had a great time watching the farm animals grazing on the hill while the sun going down in the ocean.

Seacroft Estate is an amazing place, with stunning ocean and sunset views, and surrounded by very cute animals. We had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it.There was just a small inconvenience with the kitchen equipment. We had confirmed in advance that the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, but upon arrival there was only one small pan available. The hosts were responsive and addressed the issue.Please also note that all external areas, including the large table with ocean views, are common areas and not part of the rented property, which was not clear to me before arrival.

Spacious, good for big groups

The room was smaller than I expected but the common area like kitchen and dining was spacious. Complete utensils and the shared bathroom was clean and ample space and availability, no queues. The kids enjoyed the mini sand playground, slide and trampoline. Feels like farm stay by the beach.

We had a lovely stay at Seacroft estate. The upstairs bedroom/bathroom was gorgeous with nice views of the ocean, which was just a short walk away. A key highlight was the koala in the garden one morning and lots of birds!

Our stay at the seacroft estate was the highlight of our trip! The tent was beautiful, spacious and cozy and we recommend staying there if you want to see the most beautiful stars at night. 10/10!!

so so gorgeous. seeing the ocean in the morning from the top room balcony, cows in the back paddock, the stars at night. it was a beautiful stay. surprisingly quiet despite being right on the great ocean road. highly recommend and would definitely return on our next trip down the coast.

Amazing place! We loved staying at the tree house for a night, with amazing views of the ocean and a beautiful starry night sky. The kitchen was lovely and seating space to enjoy the sun outside. Would definitely recommend staying here for a chill getaway with lovely surroundings (including lamas and cows!)

We had a pleasant stay here and would certainly visit again. Great amenities despite the low cost, kitchen was well equipped, check in/ out was easy. Drinking water was a big plus as it’s fed from a local freshwater source. Really peaceful spot on farmland with great views and livestock.

We recently had our wedding at Seacroft Estate and had the most magical weekend. The character and charm of the property adds to the experience with many communal areas for guests to gather together and enjoy the beauty of the Great Ocean Road. The owners were always responsive and helpful in the lead up and during our stay. They work extremely hard to keep the property running and looking amazing for guests to have the best experience. We cannot thank them enough and all our wedding guests had an incredible stay. Thank you!

this place was amazing. simple, but such a special stay. the bathroom was spotless when we arrived. unfortunately other guests don't follow the instructions on the signage in ht bathroom to clean up after themselves, and this made a bit of a wet mess in the morning. but no fault of the hosts. the tent was exactly as described, and the bed was so comfy!! such a great stay, would highly recommend

Really cool place. I stayed here with my family from overseas and they were in awe of the place, the location and the animals. Really unique experience. The only negative was that we stayed there during schoolies (Aus version of Spring break) and there were a bunch of 18 year olds staying next door making noise till the early morning. I doubt this is a regular problem and I am particularly sensitive to sound. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a cool experience. Location is stunning. Price is very good too. Thanks for having us.

Clean, comfortable and well situated in between Lorne and Apollo Bay. Well equipped kitchen and lounge area was comfortable

We went here last week and its a beautiful place with really nice views, but we were trying to book a room with attached bathroom but there was none and was just showing one room and we booked it and it was treehouse and we didn’t know that and it was really tiny room and it was up on the wooden logs and was vibrating due to wind, was as bit scary as well but it was fine and also bathroom was 2 minutes walk away for women and 3-4 minutes walk for men. Otherwise everything else was good.

😀 - Very spacious and well located accommodation, with superb sea views from main coast age (old chapel). Nice and wide verandah. Kitchen is well equipped. Good Internet connection. 😞 - Mattresses were rather soft.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location with beautiful scenes but also close enough to nearby towns to get something to eat. We were also suprised by two little cute cats! And we saw an incredible sunset. We were a little suprised to see how many other people were staying at the property but we still felt we had enough privacy (the walls are a little thin however). The bed was super comfortable too, would definetly come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Seacroft Estate. The house was very clean and comfortable. It also had plenty of space for everyone and for hanging out. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning stove during a cold night. It was right across the street from the beach which made for a beautiful walk in the morning. It was peaceful, secluded and breathtaking. This house is not near restaurants, and it has a basic kitchen; so plan accordingly for food. But that did not deter us from loving our stay there.

Voor 1 nacht samen met mijn vader hier verbleven in een kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Het is erg simpel, maar dat is prima. Er is alles wat je nodig hebt. De badkamer is buiten, vanaf onze kamer was dat 10 meter lopen maar dat was prima. Super mooie omgeving met leuke boerderijdieren, en prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan! Goeie prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Great location whilst driving the great ocean road. Beautiful views. Tent was clean and plenty of bedding. Electric blankets were a saviour and made the tent super cosy. Bathrooms and kitchen / communal space were great. One tiny suggestion, adding lighting between the yurt and public spaces as it gets pitch black. On the plus side the stars were incredible. It was the perfect stay for us

Absolutely loved this place.

This was a fantastic find for us, and it’s not for everyone. Right along the Great Ocean Road and easy to find. This is a self serve farm stay/ hostel. There is a huge well decorated community kitchen/dinning/living room space. With a well equipped kitchen and lots of room. There are welcome cats, kookaburras and full bred Scottish steer. We splurged at $56 US and got the Bay view rooms. It had its own bathroom and well equipped kitchen and nice views of the ocean (also washing machine, utility sink, large bedroom, crib, highchair, dinning table) All clean and felt very safe. This would be a nice stay for family as the kids could stay in the Yurt, parents and youngest in the room. I only wish we had a few more nights to do some exploring.

I had a lovely stay at Seacroft. The tent was great, warm and cosy. I really liked the communal kitchen, dining room and lounge. I was travelling alone so good to have a communal space to socialise with other travellers. Great location to explore areas along the Great Ocean Road like 12 Apostles and walking trails to waterfalls behind Lorne.

It’s a great place. Loved the view and cattle s. First time staying inside a chapel.Apart from the main hall rest of the rooms are little congested. Found the air conditioner to be of no real use it was not heating up the rooms since the hall is very big and the aircon is located only on one corner. Electric charging was quite useful as I didn’t spend a single $ for charging for 3 days.

We enjoyed our day at Seacroft estate, with a room that faced the sea and ample amenities for cooking and working. The toilet block was clean and well maintained although sharing shower & toilet stalls together is not quite the same experience as having a private bathroom or self-contained washing facilities. The room itself was clean and we were glad to have a mosquito net around the bed. We picked up a last-minute deal which proved to be fair value for money, but the best thing about this place is the spacious well-kept grounds and proximity to the beach. 🏝️ The farm animals next door were fun too.

We had a wonderful stay in the Chapel at Seacroft Estate. The views were truly outstanding and the Chapel itself was very comfortable and more than suitable for our short stay. Thank you to the hosts for sharing this special place with us.

Great place very nice view

A wonderful and lovely place we had stayed for one night. The equipments and facilities in the property is well thought. Places are clean and the bed is comfy. Host is very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back soon. 🥰

Awesome stay

We enjoyed our stay! Our children just wouldn't get off the trampoline! We liked the ocean view a lot. The alpacas are adorable too. It was a great experience for us.

Hassle free beautiful location

I’ve traveled many times with my guests along the great ocean road but never stayed in such an idyllic spot that showcases how beautiful this part of the world is Stunning views -beautiful beach opposite to walk along and a really unique experience of staying in a chapel ! A delightful way to spend time with my English visitor Thank you.

My friends and I wanted a weekend away and this place was perfect. Host was quick with responses and the check in/check out was easy. The backyard view with the cows was beautiful and being close to the beach was great.

Beautiful spot with amazing views. Just in 2min walk there is a beach entrance with a stunning view of the ocean and behind the house beautiful farmland view. Great spot to stay for 6-7 people while travelling great ocean road. Well facilitated and organised.

For the price, this was more than we could have wished for. We had an extremely comfy bed, the room was clean and cosy. The bathrooms were clean. The shared living space was the real showstopper though - so much space! Incredible view from the sun room. Lots of dining tables to eat. And the kitchen was fantastic - so many amenities to use and was kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other people passing through on the Great Ocean Road who are on a budget like us!

We stayed at Sugarloaf 25 years ago. It was lovely to return. Lots of happy memories for us. (Michelle).This accommodation was absolutely amazing. The view of the ocean and rolling hills were simply breathtaking. Michelle & I have rated this accommodation 5 star. As super hosts this accommodation offers a unique experience. The odd negative reviews I have read have been written with low objectivity and lack of commonsense. Well done Sugarloaf!!!

A wonderful stay with beautiful views of the ocean (especially during sunrise). Tent was super clean and cozy with plenty of space. There are friendly alpacas, highland cows and also a very well behaved cat that kept us company during dinner (which was a nice surprise). Also a perfect place to stargaze. There was a lot of wind at night which can make it hard to sleep at night ( this is to be expected though since you’re in a tent by the ocean side). Hosts were very friendly and down to earth people.Would definitely come again for a weekend getaway :).

No regrets choosing to glamp at Seacroft Lotus Belle! It was so dreamy to wake up to the best of great ocean road and the cutest farm animals! Highly recommend for couples.

Amazing place with a beautiful view! We loved the highland cows and alpacas with the ocean view! Can’t get much better than that. Would recommend a little fan for airflow as it got quite hot but cooled as the night went on. But all in all, a beautiful stay for our little family!

A great place to stay and explore the region. An amazing location with the great sea views out the front and farm land out the back. The fire place was fantastic and the place was very tidy. It was nice hearing the sound of the ocean waves from the house. Such a peaceful place. The beach access across the road was a bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a really nice stay! Check-in was super easy, and we stayed in room 12. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a dressing table and mirror. The shared toilet was clean and was not too busy. The best part was definitely the beautiful view — such a lovely place to relax!
