I had a milestone birthday at Seacroft recently and it was perfect.It’s such a unique property - incredible location and views, great communal spaces, lots to do for all ages, and ability to comfortably accommodate over 50 adults (with 20+ couples getting their own rooms).Sam and the team were extremely helpful, always responsive and gave us flexibility to setup and celebrate how we wanted.I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

I found the place easy to locate, and the check‑in process was seamless with clear instructions. The studio was clean and quaint on arrival, and the overall feel can be improved. Thought it would be more isolated, but it’s attached or very close to other apartments; still it was good enough.The host’s responses were quick and helpful, and the location is truly 5‑star; just a short walk to the beach, nearby falls, and the forest hiking trail. Overall, it was good value for money, and our trip turned out to be a lovely and successful celebration of a family event.

Seacroft was exactly what I needed and I will be back. It was basic, but the bed was super comfortable and large, and I could see the sea from my window. That was all I needed given I was there to rest and sleep after a very busy period. I loved the fresh air, roaring sea, loudly mooing hairy cows with big pointy horns, the fluffly alpacas, the decent coffee, and the views that filled my eyes

Beautiful place with picturesque views all around. The bed is uncomfortable, as some springs seem to be broken. I also noticed a musty smell in the place. Moreover, I hope the host can provide more essential amenities, such as coffee and tea, hand wash in the kitchen, body wash and shampoo, and a hair dryer. I find it quite inconvenient when these aren't provided, as other Airbnbs I've stayed at always provide them. There are animals, but no activities or interaction, as mentioned in the listing.Overall, I'm still giving four stars, but there's room for improvement. I'm leaving these details so other guests know what to expect.

We (group of seven) really enjoyed our 3-night stay in Sugarloaf. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery and peaceful farm views, with lovely ocean views and the beach just a short distance away. It was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to stay and do a firepit to help little kids.

The instructions are clear, private pleasant location with shared kitchen and bathroom. Handy utensils and kitchen appliances for us to cook. Thoughtful play area for kids and cattle around, Overall peaceful experience!We booked king room on app & got queen room but other than that it was worth it.

This was an amazing stay for our family of 6. The scenery from every window was crazy. Rainbows everywhere, animals, green fields, ocean views, and obviously a waterfall just around the corner... We had a great stay on our winter great ocean road getaway. The chapel was clean and spacious located on a peaceful stretch of the ocean road with stunning coastal views. No problem on cold days, each room had a heater and warm blankets. We would stay here again.

Your description says you are in Apollo Bay but you are on the sugarloaf and closer to Grey River. The coffee station was also out of order.

😀 - We loved the location and ability to watch the sunrise right from the picnic benches on property! Watching the alpacas enjoy the sunrise with us was a bonus as well! The location is gorgeous and beds were very comfortable. 😞 - It would have been nice if there was some sort of guide as to where food could be found even in the off season as many restaurants were closed.

Such a beautiful location. I enjoyed watching the cows and the sea from the kitchen window and the seats on the terrace. The studio has all you need for a comfortable getaway, and I appreciated the kitchen where I was able to prepare simple meals.

Seacroft is a quirky little place that used to be a monastery. I loved the old furniture and sweeping views from the sun room. It's right next to the Great Ocean Road so a perfect overnight stop. My room was warm and comfortable. The only issue would be the bathrooms if the place was busy as there were only 2 toilets and 3 showers in the women's. It was quiet when I was there so not a problem in the winter. Great value. I'd definitely stay there again.

😀 - We loved the old english country house vibe and furniture setting. It was very spacious. Very private and romantic stay with a great view. 😞 - They did not provided soap and shampoo. Generally all the stay provides it. At least they should have mentioned it that we need to bring our own soap.

A lovely farm stay where we enjoyed seeing the cows, alpacas, highland cows, and a fantastic sea view. The room was spacious and had all listed amenities.However, almost all kitchenware and utensils were greasy. Worse, oil dripped from the ventilation fan into my pan while cooking. It was frustrating to receive a pre-check-in message reminding us to clean before leaving, when nothing was clean to begin with.Additionally, the room had a strong cooking and spice smell upon arrival; it should have been aired out beforehand. The two heaters provided also failed to warm up the room at all during our stay.Lastly, the tap water was brownish. While the hosts explained it was safe and drinkable, prior notice before check-in would have been highly appreciated.

Amazing location. The view of the sea in front and the grassy hills in the back is gorgeous. The only issue we had was the few rooms which were disconnected from the main house. But otherwise everything was great.

The perfect place to stay on a Great Ocean Toad trip. Just 15 minutes from Apollo Bay where we could stock up on supplies and cook up a storm in the house’s very well equipped kitchen. Such a good night’s sleep to the sound of the breaking waves! The upstairs retreat had a super comfortable bed.

The place was as described, but our kids didn't want to be in the side rooms as they were single beds in detached small rooms closed off from the main space. 4 poster bed is beautiful but very creaky, woke us up a little through the night. great location, great view and clearly a beautiful property. sadly car trouble took a day from us, and arriving in the rain made exploration difficult. There was no TV, and the space would benefit from something indoors to do if there is bad weather. good communication and quick responses made sorting check in easy.Clean bathroom and kitchen. probably better in the warmer weather. heater worked great though.

My room was cozy, warm and inviting, the kitchen was really well equipped and in excellent condition, with a summer camp vibe that includes a large dining hall and sun/games room. We had a lovely stay at the ocean view cottage which has beautiful views from every window, just wished the windows were bigger! The estate itself is peaceful with gorgeous surroundings. Worth the visit just for the scenic view.

Very beautiful place. Wish I could stay one more day. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Stargazing at night was amazing, we can never find that in the cities. Beautiful location for photos and to just relax and enjoy nature. Totally recommend it and definitely going back.

My partner and our two young children stayed here for just one night and honestly, it was just beautiful! The views from the veranda in the evening were incredible we enjoyed a wine while the kids did cartwheels on the grass.The property is also the perfect distance out of Apollo Bay if you need to grab supplies or head out for tea.100% recommend and we will definitely be back

The location is beautiful. Very beautiful and th views are breathtaking. We booked the ocean view room. Though very outdated it worked for us. The only downside was that the place gets pitch dark in night and difficult to locate the cottage. Before we arrived someone had checked in into our cottage as they also got confused which was theirs. Maybe some light and better directions would help!

I stayed in Bay View. A lovely self contained apartment with everything I could need for a peaceful night. The bed was comfortable and warm but a little creaky (probably due to it being wooden and maybe a little old) The bathroom was good with fairly new fixings and a very generous sized bathtub but the shower head was quite low so if you're tall prepare to bend lol. The view was definitely amazing and worth every cent as was the whole experience.I did get quite chilly however and the heaters provided didn't exactly warm a whole room.

Can’t recommend Seacroft state enough for an overnight stay when exploring around the otways/great ocean road.I stayed in the treehouse and whilst the room is small and the facilities shared, it is such a gorgeous location and the shared spaces are tidy, clean and extremely thoughtfully put together.Watching the sunrise over the ocean with the field of highland cows and alpacas in the foreground was a highlight. Will definitely stay again!

It was blissful. The bedroom was spotless, crisp bedding waiting for us. The communal spaces were so thoughtfully considered for comfort and a sense of homeliness, which I love. The showers are simple, but hot with good pressure, and again, spotlessly clean. This isn't a hotel. It's an experience. And we loved it. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful place, with amazing view. The shared areas were all clean and well maintained, including the shared washrooms. The place is worth the stay especially the breath-taking ocean view.

An honestly great stay! The location is perfect t for a quiet getaway and the beach is basically private and perfect for long walks with the kids. Really enjoyed the stay and would go back.

gorgeous country stay

Stayed in tent 2 with my wife for one night. the tent was very clean and well maintained. we had an amazing view, seeing stars at night and a beautiful sunrise that we could view from inside our tent in the morning. the tent was a bit far from toilets which was the biggest drawback but otherwise, was very happy! It would be nice if the estate provided some simple food options on site (there's a coffee vending machine but no food in the estate)
