We enjoyed our stay! Our children just wouldn't get off the trampoline! We liked the ocean view a lot. The alpacas are adorable too. It was a great experience for us.

My friends and I wanted a weekend away and this place was perfect. Host was quick with responses and the check in/check out was easy. The backyard view with the cows was beautiful and being close to the beach was great.

Beautiful spot with amazing views. Just in 2min walk there is a beach entrance with a stunning view of the ocean and behind the house beautiful farmland view. Great spot to stay for 6-7 people while travelling great ocean road. Well facilitated and organised.

For the price, this was more than we could have wished for. We had an extremely comfy bed, the room was clean and cosy. The bathrooms were clean. The shared living space was the real showstopper though - so much space! Incredible view from the sun room. Lots of dining tables to eat. And the kitchen was fantastic - so many amenities to use and was kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other people passing through on the Great Ocean Road who are on a budget like us!

Amazing place with a beautiful view! We loved the highland cows and alpacas with the ocean view! Can’t get much better than that. Would recommend a little fan for airflow as it got quite hot but cooled as the night went on. But all in all, a beautiful stay for our little family!

A great place to stay and explore the region. An amazing location with the great sea views out the front and farm land out the back. The fire place was fantastic and the place was very tidy. It was nice hearing the sound of the ocean waves from the house. Such a peaceful place. The beach access across the road was a bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a really nice stay! Check-in was super easy, and we stayed in room 12. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a dressing table and mirror. The shared toilet was clean and was not too busy. The best part was definitely the beautiful view — such a lovely place to relax!

Impeccable hidden Gem with a quiet mountaina and sea side vista.Great accommodation to fit a small group of people.The drive to the location is brisk 30 min from Lorne and has a great deal of privacy.Bonus there were cows 🐄

this little bnb had a delightful feel, it was very clean and the studio view of the cows and the ocean, was beautiful to wake up to and the bed was so comfortable with lovely linen . Away from the towns it was peaceful. My only thing is we got there late, there was no soap to bath with, and no blow dryer , unfortunately with weight issues we don't travel with blow dryers, it was very sparce as far as the nice things to have there goes. Just giving this feedback for the owners and staff. But like I said positon 5× stay was so relaxing...and the communication was really good..thank you for giving us this lovely opportunity.

We had a wonderful stay at Seacroft Estate in Sugarloaf. The location is absolutely stunning with breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property is well maintained, and everything was spotlessly clean on arrival.The accommodation was very comfortable, with all the facilities we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were cozy, and the shared spaces had a welcoming feel. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and the serene surroundings, which made it feel like a true retreat.

What an amazing view can be had for breakfast or anytime.It reminds me of staying at YHA when I was younger with a private room but communal lounge and access to 'commercial grade' kitchen. You could really cook an excellent meal if wanting to 'depending how busy they were' and needing to share the space but a lot of high quality cooking gear and dual ovens, etc. would allow people to readily cook a complete 3 course meal if they wanted to, a lot better than any 'hotel room'. Eating in the front room allows a beautiful view through large bay windows of the ocean that was across the road and hard to imagine a better view whilst dining.

I would give this place and Sam 20 out of 10 for a wonderful place to stay. Especially if you have children or a group. Kitchen and lounge area were large and lovely to spend time in. I bought some firewood and got enough to last all night and it warmed the room up beautifully in temperature and atmosphere.They do weddings and what a glorious place to get married and have everyone staying together.Don’t miss the chance to stay at Seacroft.Sam was also very responsive and patient with my numerous texts with stupid questions. Pretty good overall

Great value for money at $75. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and kitchen/dining facilities were great. The only issue was that the shared bathroom buildings were not attached to the rooms which meant walking outside to get to the toilet and showers. Location and scenery were spectacular.

This is a really lovely and peaceful location to stay at. I was a little worried about the fact that the facilities are all shared, but they were all very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was huge, and there was plenty of space to have a quiet sit down to watch the sea and the highland cows in the very spacious common area.

We stayed here for one night during our recent trip along the Great Ocean Road, and selected it partly due to a recommendation from a friend, but also because of the novelty of having the ability to sleep in a treehouse! The treehouse room was small as expected, but perfectly adequate and as the sun came up the views were simply spectacular. A well appointed shared kitchen made for a great communal area and we ended up chatting to a number of other guests there which was fun. Facilities were shared and more than adequate for us, not much different to what you might expect at a camping ground, but clean and well maintained. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and would certainly happily recommend this to anyone who wants a stay in a unique environment.

My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at this peaceful house. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. Watching the sunrise over the ocean was a magical experience, and the serene atmosphere made for the perfect getaway.

The location is unbeatable! The secluded beach is just across the road, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing dip or a relaxing walk along the shore. We also loved the scenic walk to the nearby waterfall, which was a hidden gem. The views from the back deck, overlooking the rolling farmland and Highland cattle, added to the charm of this beautiful retreat.

The house itself is well-designed for comfort and relaxation. The upstairs king bedroom offers incredible panoramic ocean views, and the luxurious freestanding bath with views of the farm was a real treat. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, cozy lounge with a wood fire, and the variety of entertainment options on Apple TV.
Definitely receommended.

Great place to stay a night on road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. Beautiful location, peaceful, beach access just across the road. Situated between Lorne and Apollo Bay. Comfortable for 6 of us with great outside deck space.

The peace and quiet was magnificent until a large group booked in and they were very noisy but only there one night Bed was comfy but very small room 1. No hanging space. Room was clean but definitely a place to stay in warmer weather. Weatherboard building doubt there's any insulation . Heating is very basic. Views are magnificent with countryside and sea background. Air is so clean and fresh. Water pressure in showers is good plenty of hot water . However it in Portable type building. Overall good stay but you have to adapt to the conditions. Would stay again in Warmer weather. Sam and Barry Great hosts nothing is too much trouble. Your are 15 min drive to Apollo bay on the coast rode. Safe driving is a must. Fisherman Co op best Fish and Chips. Also Great Ice cream in town. Magnificent drive to Colac.

😀 - Absolut tolle Lage, allein deshalb lohnt sich eine Nacht hier! Sehr fairer Preis und eine riesige Küche. Nicht weit ist der Kennet River Nature Walk, wo man kurz vor Dämmerung Riesenkängurus, Koalas und ko sehen kann. 😞 - Zimmer waren schon basic und es hatte Krabbeltiere. Je nachdem welches Zimmer man hat muss man sehr weit im dunkeln laufen um ins Bad zu gehen.

The room itself was pretty basic, but the shared facilities were quite nice. There's a large well equipped shared kitchen where the other guests made themselves meals, and a dining room with views of the ocean. It was a nice way to meet other travelers. The location is only a 10 minute drive from Kennett River area where you can see koalas and other animals. The farm itself was very pretty, and the highland cows and alpacas were adorable.

It was more than enough for 6 adult n a 6 year old in one house. and big front yard for kids to run or play sports. thanks

Very beautiful surrounding, the two seemed like nice people, though I only stayed a night 🙂 clean sheets, heater worked. Only thing something to hang your towel in the shower would be nice but water pressure and cleanliness was great and i loved their farm and animals. Coffee also veryyy good

Absolutely loved the views, quiet, the furnishing and inclusions and most importantly the inquisitive highland cows in the paddock behind.

Bei Sam hat es mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Jeden Tag lagen frische Lappen und Handtücher in der Küche bereit. Die Toiletten und Duschen waren sehr sauber. Die warme Decke im Bett war super, denn in den zwei Nächten war es sehr kalt. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.Ich empfehle die Unterkunft von Sam gerne weiter.

Great location for an overnight stop on a road trip on the great ocean road. The views are absolutely beautiful.To get to the shared bathroom, you have to go outdoors and walk a little bit, which might not be the easiest thing to do on a cold night. The shared areas and kitchen could do with some tidying up.

Beautiful place to stay if you are an ocean lover! We could hear the waves sending us off to sleep, plus they provide some info on how to get to a swimming beach and waterfall nearby. Room itself was lovely and there were large shared areas available for use.We would love to come back next time we are in the area

One of those little corners of the world that make you feel like you’ve stumbled across something special. The property was stunning, serene, beautiful, quiet and in a perfect location with basically a private beach across the road. We hope to go back and spend more time in future.

What a treat this was... Seacroft is the perfect location for a team get away. Facilities and space both accommodating for group activities or to just sit, relax and enjoy the incredible views. We took advantage of yoga on the lawn, meditation in the chapel and used the open spaces for some casual drinks on the Saturday night. The host Sam was incredibly responsive in the leadup and while we were there. 100% coming back!

Great location across the road from the beach and not far from the waterfall. Need maintenance work with the garden, cobwebs around the timber under the patio area, and the door were a bit heavy to open and close. There waas a musky smell in the single bed room.

Very peaceful location and clean place! Even though the house looked old on the outside, it was fully updated on the inside! Upper bedroom had great views of the ocean and lower bedrooms had farm view. Location is close to Apollo Bay and all the good restaurants there!

We loved our stay here- went home after 2 nights feeling like we’d been away a week. Very peaceful, a short walk just across the road to lovely beach and 15m drive in either direction to either Apollo Bay or Wye River, so location was perfect. We loved the views and the upstairs bath the most!

Seacroft was exactly what we dreamed of for our special day, and it turned into an amazing wedding weekend. We loved the quaint style and the various communal spaces, it really helped our family and friends to mingle and get to know each other across the weekend. Everything was very clean, beds are super comfortable, and you can tell that a lot of care and pride is taken in maintaining all of the spaces. The location and the views were stunning and there were photo opportunities no matter which way you turned. Sam and her team were incredible to work with, always open to our ideas and super helpful throughout the entire process. Our wedding guests loved the venue and said it was definitely worth the trip from Melbourne. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and we’ll definitely be returning to visit and relive some of the memories of the best weekend 🌟

Had a great two night stay earlier this week and when I left my smart watch in our room after checking out. I was able to text the phone number given on google and they found it and left in an easy to find place for me. Nice and quiet spot which is reasonably priced aswell.

Great stay, perfect location

😀 - Sehr schöne Lage. Super grosse und gut ausgestattete Küche. Da möchte man am liebsten das nächste Familienfest feiern. 😞 - Leider war das Wasser in der Dusche kalt.

在海边，地段很好，晚上可以看星空

A beautiful home away from home.
Loved the upstairs bedroom and watching the sunrise from bed.
Beds are super comfortable and fireplace was amazing on the cold night we where there.

I couldn’t recommend enough Sam and her beautiful cottage! We had the most wonderful stay!
The cottage is so well equipped, the upstairs bedroom with bathtub is simply fantastic.
The view is great and so peaceful, just across the street you have access to the beach.
Sam has always been very quick to respond and very clear with instructions.
I was sad we only booked for one night, I would’ve happily stayed much longer!

We loved the quaint and very cozy home. The upstairs was so nice. The backyard farm was so cute and we just loved that we were able to watch the sunrise from across the house. Thank you.
It’s close enough to the next town. We enjoyed the privacy and the peace after driving from the city.

Seacroft is undoubtedly one of the most special places I have visited in Australia. It is evident that there is a great effort to keep each piece and shared spaces in perfect condition.You can find beauty in any area of the establishment, it is impressive as the place is surrounded by mountains and at the same time has a very wide view of the ocean. If you are lucky you will be able to see whales and kangaroos. Adding that it is steps away from a beautiful path to a waterfall.I will never forget this beautiful and magic place!

很特别的住宿体验。我们到的时候是晚上，房子不大，但是精心布置。特别喜欢早上看到的牛，在房子边上吃草。

Love the place. Cozy and nice. Easy to check in and check out. Enough cutlery to use for the whole family. Beautiful view as described. Love the big variety of movies to choose from.

Sam's house is located on one of the famous roads of the world (Great Ocean Rd). The house has front views of ocean and backyard opens to a farm with animals. Its a very peaceful place and not too far from Lorne and 12 apostles. I would highly recommend this place.

The farm animals & ocean view make this place special. I was desperate to find somewhere to stay near Apollo Bay. I booked last-minute for only one night on a public holiday / long-weekend so… yep, I paid a lot of money for a very simple ‘room with a bed’.

We had family come in from overseas and it was their first time visiting the Great Ocean Road.

Sam was super helpful and a very great host. The place was amazing and I have no words for the view. I would definitely come back again and also recommend to my family and friends

Smooth Check in/out. Sam replying my massage very quick, more importantly is the view is absolutely breathtaking! Highland cows are so cute and not shy to go close with us at the morning.

This is one of the most affordable places along the Great Ocean Road with a stunning view of the beach and a breathtaking view of the farm highlands behind. Everything was excellent, except the heaters at the property, which did not do a great job. However, there's an option of a wood burner inside the house, which we did not use though (10AUD for wood charged separately). Host were responsive to all the questions we had when we arrived at the property. The place was clean and had a modern kitchen.
