Can’t recommend Seacroft state enough for an overnight stay when exploring around the otways/great ocean road.I stayed in the treehouse and whilst the room is small and the facilities shared, it is such a gorgeous location and the shared spaces are tidy, clean and extremely thoughtfully put together.Watching the sunrise over the ocean with the field of highland cows and alpacas in the foreground was a highlight. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely hosts! The cows and alpacas made the surroundings special. Though the weather was miserable, the accommodation was inviting and warm. The philosophy of 100% green energy and environmental care was evident throughout.

Good option for a one-night stay along the Great Ocean Road. Great location right on the main road and a short walk to Sugarloaf Beach. Spacious for our group of 7. Farm with cute Highland Cows right behind the house which the kids loved! Basic amenities, and while generally clean, it could be a bit better maintained and updated. Not close to shops, but Apollo Bay is a short drive away. Overall, a solid short stay!

Waking up in the yurt was truly magical—the morning view over the Great Ocean Road, rolling hills, and glowing sunrise was absolutely breathtaking. We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Seacroft Estate as part of our Great Ocean Road trip. The views are absolutely serene — waking up to the ocean was a highlight.The property is peaceful and perfect if you’re looking to disconnect and relax. We especially enjoyed seeing the Highland cows and llamas on the property — that was a lovely and unique touch, especially for our daughter.It’s quite remote, but still conveniently located with Apollo Bay just a short drive away for food and groceries, which made planning easy.

Seacroft is a unique experience and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked last minute for Easter Sunday and there was one double bunk-bed room available. An absolutely stellar location, and when we arrived and walked through we were blown away by the stunning view and how comfortably everything was set up. we enjoyed sitting in the comfy chairs in the games room, reading and watching the sun set. It was blissful. The bedroom was spotless, crisp bedding waiting for us. The communal spaces were so thoughtfully considered for comfort and a sense of homeliness, which I love. The showers are simple, but hot with good pressure, and again, spotlessly clean. This isn't a hotel. It's an experience. And we loved it. Thank you for having us!

Stayed in tent 2 with my wife for one night. the tent was very clean and well maintained. we had an amazing view, seeing stars at night and a beautiful sunrise that we could view from inside our tent in the morning. the tent was a bit far from toilets which was the biggest drawback but otherwise, was very happy! It would be nice if the estate provided some simple food options on site (there's a coffee vending machine but no food in the estate)

Lovely home in a stunning setting! Check in was easy & the place was simple to find. The house itself was huge and a lot bigger than the photos indicate! This was the perfect retreat for a group or family travelling. Beds were comfy and the double room was huge! The setting was beautiful and picturesque, and we loved seeing the cows and alpacas grazing in the fields. All this is set to a backdrop of the ocean and the whole place is so peaceful.

The location was great and lovely animals on the farm. Both bedrooms were a bit far from each other if you’re travelling with kids you might want to consider that or just sleep in öne bedroom! The cabin itself was a bit old if you dont mind that then no issues! It was raining heavily the day we checked out hence didnt get to enjoy the coffee and the lovely morning view.

This was an absolute dream to stay here. The location was awesome outside of all the main towns so it felt very remote and the views from the property were wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Awesome shower. We absolutely loved it.

Location is great, we enjoyed our stay. However the place doesn’t have the typical BnB features you would expect, no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom, you need to pay for coffee at the machine…. It’s more like a camper site feature. But worth the price, good stay!

😀 - Picture this. You’re falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean at night, and waking up to see the gorgeous cows and alpacas in the field overlooking the big beautiful ocean. I loved this place so much! My boyfriend and I came here for our 5 year anniversary and booked one of the glamping tents, and honestly it was better than we had imagined. The inside of the tent was spectacular and nicely set up. The tent was quite cold at night so the electric blankets did wonders! I love that they thought of that. The bed was really comfortable however, there was an indent in the middle of it which made it slightly uncomfortable for our backs but other than that everything was great. There were crickets and spiders inside our tent even though we kept everything zipped up, but at the end of the day it’s still camping outdoors so it didn’t bother us too much. I was actually shocked at how clean the shared toilets and showers were because some places don’t have the nicest facilities, but it’s pretty clear they take good care of their estate here. The location is gorgeous, and only 20 minutes from Apollo Bay along the scenic Great Ocean road. The beach access is just across the road if you take a peaceful walk through the field. We also enjoyed a lovely walk to the stunning Carisbrook Falls which is a 10 minutes walk or 2 min drive from the estate. We loved using the common room to chillax in and play a riveting game of table tennis next to a movie worthy view of the ocean in the sun room. Yes we are adults, but that didn’t stop us from having a bounce on the trampoline and having the time of our life. We will miss the animals most of all, including a friendly black cat who wanted to play with us. The whole experience was cinematic, watching the sunset and sunrise over the ocean, seeing the stars at night, and admiring the beauty of the animals and the land overlooking the ocean everyday. This was like a dream.

😀 - Beautiful, peaceful, view of the ocean, saw a couple kangaroos and a fox in the early morning on the other side of the cow/alpaca pasture next door. Coffee machine was nice, too.

Gorgeous chapel with exquisite sunrise views across the paddock to the sea. The main bed is very soft and cosy. We arrived late and check in was quick and easy. Highly recommend for an overnight stay while travelling the Great Ocean Road, or longer for a peaceful weekend getaway.

Seacroft Estate is a beautiful property described exactly how it is. Stunning coastal views on one side, with peaceful fields on the other. Gorgeous Highland cows and alpacas, and comfortable accomodation. We stayed in the Studio, which was well presented and contained beautiful details of the original homestead. The beach is a five minute grassy stroll and is full of stunning ocean life within the vast rock pools. We spent many hours exploring. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Modest but clean and comfortable accommodation, set in a beautiful location. There were lots of vehicles at the venue but we hardly saw other people. Shared facilities were clean and well appointed. The outdoor tables and benches were great for our morning coffee.

I stayed here for a night while doing some work in the area, and I have to say that there are no words to describe just how beautiful and peaceful this airbnb was. We stayed in room 13 and there was a beautiful view of the ocean from the room, the bed was huge and comfortable, and don't get me started on the shared kitchen/dining space. That building was so gorgeous, it had beautiful antique furniture and huge windows to admire the ocean. The shared bathrooms were very clean and were hardly ever occupied whenever I used them. Then there's the gardens, there seems to be fruit and vegetables growing, it's well maintained and were a lovely touch to the property. The cows and alpacas were so charming, and the little black cat living there was so friendly, it showed me around and made me feel right at home. I will definitely make any excuse to come back here and stay at this airbnb. Thank you for having us.

Location is second to none with an unreal view over the great ocean road that curls around the coast paired with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to a gorgeous coastal town in Apollo bay feels like a Gold Coast surf town. The glamping tents make for awesome early morning wake ups to the sounds of the ocean and some friendly alpacas and highland cows less than 50m away. The communal area has everything you need from a large European style open kitchen and a huge dining area. The giant pool room area or table tennis room with views of the ocean all make for the perfect recreational area for all comers. Would recommend to anybody heading down that way

Check-in and check-out were both very convenient, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The room was very spacious, and the bed linens were clean and fresh. The kitchen was well-equipped too, although we didn’t have time to use it.The only downside was that the TV remote had run out of battery. We wanted to watch some TV in the evening, but the screen kept looping Teletubbies 😂. Hopefully the staff can recharge it for future guests.One unexpected surprise was that the calf in the photos with the cute hairstyle has grown into a strong, imposing bull—it really startled us at first, haha 🤣

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll für ein oder zwei Nächte an der Great Ocean Road. Ein Auto ist jedoch sehr wichtig, um dorthin und wieder wegzukommen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber alles was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die toll ausgestattete Küche und der Blick vom Wintergarten. Schaut Euch direkt am Anfang die Karte mit dem Gebäudeplan an, um Euch zurecht zu finden. Das wäre unser einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag, dass der Gebäudeplan vorab mit den Parkplätzen gesendet wird. We had a lovely stay at the sea-Croft chapel on Great Ocean Road. The ocean views were beautiful, the farm animals added a charming touch, and the home was clean and peaceful. It’s also very close to Apollo Bay, making it a perfect relaxing trip for me and my friends.

Very unique experience staying in the tent! The Scottish highland cows are adorable and photogenic! Big bed in the tent is very cozy at night and very clean as well. We had a very nice sleep. The scene in the morning after opening the tent is stunning!

Such a good place. 7 of us stayed there whilst doing a 2 day great ocean road trip. Just note that the beach accross the street is not a swimming beach and the drive to Apollo Bay is like 15 mins. Perfect for a quiet chill night after a day exploring though! The bath was lovely and the rooms were clean and tidy. No complaints at all.

We enjoyed our stay at Seacroft. A lovely quiet location with beautiful scenery. The kitchen/dining room is impressive. Extremely well equipped with ample fridge space etc. Our room was simple but very comfortable with lovely bedding. As this isn’t a hotel, there isn’t a team of people available to pick up and wash your cups and glasses when you leave them lying around all over the place. Be kind and considerate to others by washing and putting back whatever you use. This is very much a shared space which is so lovely. ☺️

Wundervolle Aussicht zum Sonnenaufgang, nahe der Great Ocean Road gelegen. Das Zelt hatte alles was man für die Nacht gebraucht hat, sogar die Matratze war (zum Glück) beheizbar. WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert aber das überlebt man auch gut ohne.

A great place for a short stay when travelling the Great Ocean Road. The room was clean and the toilets/kitchen are close by.

Loved the place. A unique space, with plenty of character and amazing views. Kids loved the open plan living and grounds to run around in

The place is a work of art, just felt a part of the nature! I would highly recommend everyone to try their tent atleast once and stargaze at night. Too many stars and you could see a lil bit of the milky way with your bare eyes, its the craziest view ever! I have to give credit to the hosts, they have been real responsive and friendliest!

This is my second time here. Stayed here probably 2 years ago. I think it would be good to have a least free tea bags. You can buy a coffee for $3 which is good but it would be better if it was for free. This place is really good value and the cooking self contained facilities are brilliant. If you had a few of you travelling together the amenities are well put together.

We had a lovely time here, relaxing and winding down from everything. Amazing views and nature.

Didn’t find this place worth the cost. Might have missed it in the listing but you share a bathroom that is quite far from the room. The room didn’t smell great. Loved the scenery but couldn’t say hi to the cows. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Beautiful place!! Great host! Myself and my family enjoyed the stay very much! We only stayed for a night but wish we could have stayed for more.Scenic views in every direction you look and the house was the epitome of peaceful! Clean and tidy, unsure how people could leave a bad review.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on the coast to look into the Seacroft Estate.Thanks guys, we hope to stay again soon.

We just wondering at least hand soap if there was in the bathroom . otherwise rest are very nice and comfortable place and great location . Perfect to stay with your loved ones . Thank you so much

Good location and great views from the kitchen area but not the room we stayed in, bathroom and kitchen situated away from the room which wasn’t expected to walk outside to reach.

Great place for a night or 2! 15kms to apollo bay. Great stop on our great ocean road trip. Nothing too fancy but a good clean spot! Thank you Seacroft!

We had such a great time at the accommodation. Felt like a trip back in time, peaceful and beautiful surroundings, the ocean, the nature and the coqs and Alpacas. A haven in the middle of greenery along the Great Ocean Road. We only stopped there for 1 night but we promise we will come back for longer. it tucked all the boxes for the 3 generations of travellers: grand parents, parents and teenagers. Highly recommended 👌

Beautiful view from the Studio. I suggest staying at the studio compared to other rooms if you like to have an outstanding view of the ocean from the kitchen. Don't expect too much privacy and tranquil as there will be a lot of people in other rooms in this place.Overall I really like this place but my main concern was with the color of the water, I was too afraid to take a shower there. Although they mentioned that it is trippled filter and had UV sterilization, it was too yellow which might be the tank is not that clean itself.

Great place with beautiful sea and cliff view. Great stay and a great place to see the sunset. Highly recommended.

Seacroft estate is a beautiful part of the world. Everything was clean and very nicely laid out. We stayed in the treehouse which was fun! We loved the animals as well

Everything was as pictured— except the view… it was even more incredible in person! Just WOW. We loved grabbing a $3 coffee every morning and watching the sunrise on our private deck. Very family friendly! Our toddler loved the farm and animals too, lots for him to look at whilst there. We had a visit everyday from the farm cat who was so friendly, something we cherish on these trips. The room had all the good ammenities— the oven and stove worked perfectly. When we had an issue with the fridge, the host responded in seconds and sent a staff member down to bring a mini fridge for the time being and happened all within 30 minutes. Amazing communication. Would definitely stay there again to relax and visit the great ocean road. Tip: Pack a jumper even in summer as the nights are cool. Bring mozzie repellant for night time especially if you’d like to walk the path they created so you can easily get to the beach, or even a quick walk to the coffee bar for a hot chocolate.

We only had a very short but sweet overnight stay as was driving from Melbourne to Adelaide. This a unique place to stay if you’re on the Great Ocean Road. Fabulous views and comfortable accommodation. Great shared spaces and it is a working farm to admire. Good value.

So peaceful at this place! Slice of heaven and like a paradise. Stayed for the sunset sitting outdoors, listening to the birds and cow. Hearing the waters. Cool summer breeze! Beyond perfect for me

Lovely stay!

离阿波罗湾和洛恩镇都不远，在海边的一处农庄，非常近海，景色无敌。

Ein schöner und besonderer Zwischenstopp auf der Great Ocean Road. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße, war aber trotzdem ruhig. Vom Zelt blickt ma direkt auf die Kühe und Alpakas und kann den Sonnenaufgang sehen.

We were in the Chapel. Very memorable as such a unique property. The views were amazing.

A clean and tidy place to stay in a good location if you’re doing the great ocean Road

We had an amazing stay! Spectacular view, adorable farm animals, clean facilities, friendly staffs. Everything was perfect! We didn’t meet the host, but we could tell straight away that she puts a lot of love and effort into this place. Please keep in mind that you are staying in a tent (a fabulous one), perhaps bring bugs spray, mosquitoes repellent and keep the fly screen closed if you don’t want to be disturbed at night. There was a lovely resident cat who slept with us in the tent, the bed was very warm and comfortable. We’d love to come back for another getaway, highly recommend!

Being able to see sunset and sunrise was lovely. The tent was spacious and super comfortable bed!

It was such a pretty spot! Love the sea view from our little balcony. We definitely enjoyed the sunset and our stay there. We got confused initially about which room we are in but eventually we got it! Absolutely amazing stay

Great Stay and vibe

A unique stay under the stars where we slept and woke up to an amazing beach view. Lush green everywhere as soon as we entered we got fresh ,My girlfriend and i walked to the beach and it felt like a private beach. Just later we came back to the stay and watched a beautiful sunset together. We loved how the kitchen had a view to the beach. It is worth it.

It’s a great place to stay. The view is spectacular. We had a great time watching the farm animals grazing on the hill while the sun going down in the ocean.

Seacroft Estate is an amazing place, with stunning ocean and sunset views, and surrounded by very cute animals. We had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it.There was just a small inconvenience with the kitchen equipment. We had confirmed in advance that the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, but upon arrival there was only one small pan available. The hosts were responsive and addressed the issue.Please also note that all external areas, including the large table with ocean views, are common areas and not part of the rented property, which was not clear to me before arrival.

Spacious, good for big groups

The room was smaller than I expected but the common area like kitchen and dining was spacious. Complete utensils and the shared bathroom was clean and ample space and availability, no queues. The kids enjoyed the mini sand playground, slide and trampoline. Feels like farm stay by the beach.

We had a lovely stay at Seacroft estate. The upstairs bedroom/bathroom was gorgeous with nice views of the ocean, which was just a short walk away. A key highlight was the koala in the garden one morning and lots of birds!

Our stay at the seacroft estate was the highlight of our trip! The tent was beautiful, spacious and cozy and we recommend staying there if you want to see the most beautiful stars at night. 10/10!!
