The bed was super comfortable.

Staying at Sam’s place was really special. The view is amazing and the room had a real authentic feeling. It is a bit outdated, but that is the charm of it. The bed was super comfortable, there is a big communal lounge and kitchen which made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you!

A great place to stay.

A great place to stay and not too far out of Apollo Bay. Friendly and helpful hosts. The price is cheap and the accommodation and kitchen facilities are basic but it’s perfect for this price level. We enjoyed our stay here.

Spectacular views.

Classic old building with heaps of character. The accommodation experience is somewhere between a hostel and a motel, with the added bonus of spectacular views. And the owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and its history.

Was a nice stay at the farm. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the Great view and the amazing nature at Great Ocean Road!

The room was neat, clean and just what we needed.

We thought that we were going to spend new years eve and new years day doing exactly what we didnt want to do. Had realised it was way too expensive to spend the night away, however, after hours of search we finally found something affordable!! The room was neat, clean and just what we needed. We intended to stay out travelling and sightseeing so as for value for money… we got an excellent deal.

My partner said the showers and toilets were much cleaner than some of the hotels he’s stayed in! The view was great!! Only downside was the flies that came in droves the next day but that didnt bother us..insect repellent guys!!! so…looking for accomodation on the Great Ocean Road and dont wanna pay the crazy amounts just for a bed then this is a place worth looking at.
